Adenium allowed Jackelot a full day of healing and rest before deciding his wings were fine enough to head out. Unable to do anything else, the young SandWing lay there the whole day, wishing he could run away to Crimson and forget about all of this. There was another part of himself that was honestly too scared to even think of how she would react to his horrid appearance if she did see him, however. 'What if she doesn't want to be my friend now?' That thought frightened him more than anything.
